MOE_imageE Street Metro Optical Ethernet (MOE), offered in partnership with Qwest® Communications, combines the power of Ethernet and optical technologies across to provide low-cost, scalable and secure bandwidth.   MOE supports speeds as low as 3 Megabits per second (Mbps) and up to 1 Gigabits per second (Gbps).

MOE provides local area network (LAN)-to-LAN connectivity between two or more customer locations within a metro area and is optimized for high speed, low latency, data applications.  MOE is ideal for E Street voice, video and hosted applications.

How MOE Works...

qwestbizThe MOE solution is based on distributed Layer 2 switching and shared transport data bandwidth. The local loop that extends to the customer premise can typically be provided via either fiber or copper facilities (depending on what is available at the location).  Contact E Street to determine qualification in building locations throughout the Qwest 14-state service area.
